Returns & Refunds Policy

At LaVera, we want every piece to arrive with the same care, elegance and quality with which it was designed. If your order is not quite right, our returns and refunds policy is here to provide a clear and refined experience.

You may request to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your item. Once your return request has been confirmed, you will have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, with no signs of excessive use, and with all original packaging, case, cloth, tags and accessories included.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, unless you choose an alternative option.

As a premium alternative, you may choose LaVera Store Credit or a gift card to use towards a future purchase. This option is entirely voluntary and does not affect your statutory rights.

For returns due to a change of mind, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer. Original standard delivery costs may be refunded where applicable. Premium or express delivery charges may not be refundable unless required by law.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible. Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a refund, replacement, exchange, repair or store credit, depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number, full name, email address and reason for return. If the item is faulty or damaged, please include clear photos so our team can assist you promptly.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
